Architectural Design Survey
A topgraphic survey that measures the elevation of points on a particular piece of land. This helps locate utility structures as well as other graphic features such as buildings, fences, hills, valleys, streams, etc.
Boundary Survey
A survey to establish the boundaries of a parcel using its legal description which may involve the setting or restoration of monuments along the lines of the parcel, often in the form of rods, pipes, concrete, etc.
Subdivision Mapping
A subdivision survey is conducted to divide a tract into smaller lots and create a plat map. This subdivision survey employs a metes and bounds system to delineate individual lots within the tract.
A.L.T.A./A.C.S.M Survey
A survey standard jointly proposed by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping that includes boundary, mortgage, and topographic survey.
Records of Survey
Changes in parcel configurations such as subdivision maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, etc. are prepared by the private sector for submission to local agencies for approval.
Construction Staking
On-call services for construction like staking building corners and retaining walls or recording as-builts for utilities etc.
